Hi, I’m Jennifer Graves.

I am the founder & coach of Graves Athletics. I coach women and men to be the confident athletes they always wanted to be, while making the workouts enjoyable & time efficient.

I am a coffee drinking, book obsessed Christian from Nashville, Tennessee, but have recently moved to Fresno, California. I enjoy lifting weights, Spartan races, hiking/camping, and cooking.

I am here to help you reach your fitness goals whether it is to get stronger, grow your muscle mass/definition, or compete in that awesome event, while making the whole process fun!

What’s inside graves athletics 1:1 training?

  1. Monthly individualized training programs for 6 months or 12 months, 3-5 days per week.

  2. Programs include warm-up/mobility, sets, reps, tempo, rest time, and RPE (rate of perceived exertion).

  3. Access to me through CoachRX (training software).

  4. Video demonstrations for every exercise.

  5. Weekly feedback from me through CoachRX.

  6. Form evaluation feedback.

  7. Monthly Zoom session where we discuss your progress and provide feedback.
