What’s inside graves athletics 1 on 1 online training?
Monthly individualized training programs for 6 months or 12 months, 3-5 days per week (depending on your goals and time you have avalible).
Programs include warm-up/mobility, sets, reps, tempo, rest time, and RPE (rate of perceived exertion).

Video demonstrations for every exercise.
Weekly feedback from me through CoachRX.
Form evaluation feedback.
Monthly Zoom session where we discuss your progress and provide feedback.
