How it works:

Consultation
After signing up, you will receive an intake form. Once filled out, we will hop on a 30 to 45-minute Zoom call, where we will discuss your goals, past training experience, health history, etc. Then, we will discuss all the things you need to know to succeed in the program.

Personalized program
After the consultation, you will receive your first month of exercises on CoachRx which is completely personalized to you and your goals with video demonstrations and detailed instructions for each training session.

Check-ins
Every week, you will complete a check-in on CoachRx and upload progress pictures for that week. You will then receive video check-in responses from me the next day. This is also a good time to ask any questions you may have and update me on your progress.

Monthly Call
Every month, we will have the opportunity to jump on a Zoom call where we go over how your previous month went, and what the upcoming month has in store. This is also a time to ask questions and give me feedback, as well as update me on any trips you have planned where we may need to adjust your training schedule.
