The Everyday Athlete Program
A 12-week program that focuses on being an Athlete in every season of life. We will go through three 4-week phases: hypertrophy, strength, and hybrid. We want to increase muscle mass, muscular strength, and challenge our bodies in new ways to give us that athletic lifestyle. You don't have to compete or go out on the field or court to be an athlete, but you can train your body and give it the physical freedom that athletes have. So, whether you have been an athlete your whole life or just starting out, this program is the right fit for you!
